Fludioxonil

Fungicide Fludioxonil

Description

Fludioxonil is a systemic fungicide that provides excellent protection against many different types of fungal diseases. The word 'systemic' means that when you apply it, the product gets absorbed into the plant and moves throughout it, protecting it from the inside. This is very effective because it protects the entire plant, not just the surface where you sprayed. Fludioxonil works well against a wide range of fungal diseases including gray mold, brown rot, scab, and various storage diseases. It's commonly used in vegetables, fruits, and field crops. One of the advantages of fludioxonil is that it can be used in several ways: by spraying it on the leaves, by treating seeds before planting, or by applying it to harvested fruits to prevent storage diseases. When used as a seed treatment, it protects young seedlings from damping-off disease and other seed-borne diseases. When applied to fruits after harvest, it helps prevent diseases that can develop during storage. Fludioxonil has both preventive and curative properties, meaning it can prevent diseases from starting and also help control diseases that have already begun. It also has good residual activity, which means it continues to work for several days after application. You can use it on vegetables, fruits, and field crops. It's particularly useful for controlling diseases in crops like tomatoes, peppers, and many fruits. Always wait the required number of days (usually 7-14 days) after spraying before harvesting your crops. Always follow the label instructions and wear protective clothing when using this product.
