Lambda-cyhalothrin

Insecticide Lambda-cyhalothrin

Description

Lambda-cyhalothrin is a powerful synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that provides fast and effective control of a wide range of insect pests. Pyrethroids are man-made versions of natural pyrethrins found in chrysanthemum flowers, but they're much more stable and longer-lasting. When you spray lambda-cyhalothrin on your crops, it works very quickly by affecting the nervous system of insects, causing them to become paralyzed and die within minutes to hours. It's effective against many different types of pests including aphids, thrips, whiteflies, caterpillars, beetles, and leafhoppers. One of the advantages of lambda-cyhalothrin is that it has both contact and stomach action, meaning it kills insects when they touch it or when they eat treated plant parts. It also has some repellent properties, which means it can help keep pests away from your crops. You can use it on vegetables, fruits, and field crops. It's particularly useful when you need quick control of pest outbreaks. However, it's very important to know that lambda-cyhalothrin is highly toxic to bees and other beneficial insects, so you must never spray it when your plants are flowering. Also, it can be harmful to fish and other aquatic life, so be very careful not to let it run off into streams or ponds. Always wear protective clothing when handling this product, and make sure to wait the required number of days (usually 7-14 days) after spraying before harvesting your crops to ensure they're safe to eat.
